Kid's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Our Kid's BJJ program introduces children to ground fighting and self-defense in a safe environment. BJJ teaches that technique can overcome size, building confidence and problem-solving skills.
Children learn basic positions and techniques while developing coordination and flexibility. Our program emphasizes respect, discipline, and positive peer interaction.
Classes are fun, but build discipline. Your child will develop physical skills, mental toughness, and self-confidence that benefit them on and off the mat.





































Muay Thai/Kickboxing
Muay Thai, "The Art of Eight Limbs," utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes. It's one of the most effective striking systems and forms the foundation of many MMA fighters' skill sets.
Our classes combine traditional techniques with modern training methods for an intense, full-body workout. You'll develop striking power, speed, timing, and cardiovascular endurance while learning authentic combat techniques.
Classes include pad work, bag training, partner drills, and conditioning. Whether training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, our instructors will help you reach your full potential.





Kid's Muay Thai
Our Kid's Muay Thai program introduces children to striking martial arts in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Children learn basic strikes, kicks, and defensive techniques while developing coordination, balance, and fitness. Our instructors emphasize self-control and positive social interaction.
